Method of Shipping
USPS is our major carrier. All order will ship Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm, departing from our DC location. Once your package(s) have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number where you can track your items.
Shipping Costs
Small orders: $7.15 | Larger orders: $13.80
Production Time
Production time will be about 15 days and shipping about 5 days. Although with some items it may take less time.
Incorrect Mailing Address | Lost or Stolen Packages
Hooked4U is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You are sent tracking information to track your order, and be prepared to receive it on its scheduled delivery date. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct upon checkout.
Any item that is returned to our store as non-deliverable, will be held, and new shipping costs will be charged to send it to the correct mailing address. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct upon checkout.
Damaged Item
If an item has reached you damaged, within 24 hours, please send an email to our Orders Department with photos of the damage that occurred through shipment. After we review your request, you will be sent a return shipment label.

All sales are final. Each product is custom designed exclusively for the customer.
